On low heat, place a large saucepan, then add the butter. While the butter is melting, break the eggs in a jug and beat them, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add bacon to one side of the pan and let it fry for a few minutes on its own. Then add the eggs to the other side of the pan and stir regularly while mixing. The eggs and bacon should be ready 5 minutes after adding the eggs to the pan. If you find the eggs are ready just before the bacon, remove the scrambled eggs from the pan and place them in a bowl.
Mix the bacon and scrambled eggs together in a bowl, then using a spoon put the egg-meat mixture in avocado bowls and eat it healthily!
