The ingredients

  • 0.5 kg ground beef
  • 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1/3 cup chopped coriander
  • 2/3 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream

How to prepare

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground meat, salt, pepper, chilli powder, cumin, and garlic. Brown until the flesh becomes brown.
  • Add lemon juice now and let it cool down.
  • Make taco cups by adding 1-2 tablespoons of cooked taco mixture (prepared in the first two steps), chopped tomatoes, chopped avocado, and cheese to lettuce leaves.
  • Garnish with coriander, about 1 tablespoon of cheese and sour cream, if desired.
